Co-founder and Managing Consultant

Akinwumi Oke

Akin is a US-trained strategy and innovation consultant that helps companies develop internal ecosystems so they can innovate effectively for success. He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and an MBA; and is author of “The NG Innov8 Series” and “NG Innov8ion Compendium”. A seasoned management consultant with over 20 years’ experience across key management competencies in both public and private sector. He is a certified Executive Coach and Organizational Leadership expert who serves in an advisory capacity to Institutional Reform agencies, and international development organizations such as, UK Department for International Development (DFID) and Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs Trade & Development (DFATD). His consulting career in both public and private sector agencies included stints at the British Council, Cambridge Education Services, The Servicom Office (Presidency), Mott MacDonald Ltd, Atos Consulting, and Adam Smith International. He brings this wealth of experience to bear in leading on all our client assignments.

Senior Consultant/Strategy Advisor

Eniola Olagbami

Originally trained as an Industrial Chemist with a B.Eng. in Industrial Chemistry. Eniola has a 20-year intensive career in a wide spectrum of strategic, human resource and organisation development consulting roles in logistics, telecommunications and various private and public sector organisations. In these roles she designed, planned, advised, implemented and led several human capacity development and organisational restructuring and transformation projects. She started her career with a stint in process management in 1994 in Ault and Wiborg Company, she made a career change to management in 1999 by working in the aviation and logistics sectors at Landover Aviation Company and Compaigne Generale de Logistic. She started her consulting career in 2001 at MTN Communications Nigeria and subsequently consulted for several organisations in the private and public sector including UBA, Heritage Bank, Zenith Bank, Sahara Oil and Gas, Virgin Nigeria, Etisalat (now 9Mobile), SERVICOM.

As an independent human capacity development and organisational development consultant she worked on several public sector programmes at the State and Federal level including the Lagos State Metropolitan Development and Governance Project (LMDGP) a World Bank funded programme, several Department for International Development UK (DFID) programmes such Justice for All (J4A), State Partnership for Accountability Responsiveness and Capability (SPARC), Federal Public Administration Reform (FEPAR) and Partnership to Engage, Reform and Learn (PERL). She has successfully designed, developed, implemented and assessed several organisational transformation and restructuring initiatives and human capacity development projects at the State and Federal level. She is a certified Deloitte and Touche facilitator.

Corporate Services Consultant

ALADEOKIN Oluwabunmi

Aladeokin Oluwabunmi is the program officer at Sustainable Leadership Development Foundation. A vibrant young man with the heart for community Development. He is a recipient of the Minister of State award for exceptional corps member in the FCT for providing toilet and bathroom at the NYSC Orientation Camp, Kubwa, Abuja. He has extensive management experience in program development for community organizations. He is an associate assistant to the Coordinator for the Canadian Fund for Local Initiative. He interned at the National Assembly under the Policy Legal Advocacy Center Legislative Internship Program 2015. At the National Assembly, he played a key role in researching ways to diversify the Nigerian economy under the National Assembly Budget and Research Office. Aladeokin has held significant roles in many social enterprises such as the Youth Leaders Dialogue, Impact Sphere, Eyes on the Mandate among others. Aladeokin graduated from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He has obtained certificates in Computer science, Monitoring and Evaluation.
